Allen Ku is also the president of the Diamond Bar Chinese Association. Each year, he donates hundreds of thousands of dollars to the association, local high schools, the Walnut Valley Unified School District, parent-teacher associations, and various non-profit organizations and community safety groups in nearby cities. He stated that supporting education and community safety is the most beneficial way to give back to society and that everyone has a responsibility to contribute. He encourages more businesses to support the community, making society better and better.
Walnut City Councilman Wu Lijun emphasized that the current community safety situation requires more support from entrepreneurs like Allen Ku, who are willing to contribute to society. Wu Lijun urged everyone to contribute financially or with their efforts to make the city safer.
Former Walnut Mayor Su Wang Xiulan, also the founder of the Chinese Parent Association of the Walnut Valley Unified School District, expressed gratitude on behalf of the Chinese Parent Association for Allen Ku's long-standing support and assistance. She noted that Allen Ku not only donates money but also provides internship opportunities for high school students in the district. Additionally, Allen Ku actively participates in community activities, with a particular focus on community safety.
Walnut Valley Unified School District Superintendent Bob Taylor thanked Allen Ku for his generous donation. Bob Taylor remarked that the Walnut Valley Unified School District is a highly esteemed district in California, with many students advancing to Ivy League schools and the University of California system. The district is committed to offering the best and most advanced programs in education, technology, arts, music, and sports, all of which require strong support from parents. Bob Taylor expressed his honor at having such a supportive parent in the district.
