In 2021, Allen Ku, the president of ADESSO Technology Company in Walnut, Los Angeles, received the "30th Model Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship Support Award for Overseas Chinese" from Taiwan. The award was presented by Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen.
