Southern California Diamond Bar Chinese Association Successfully Hosts 35th Annual Spring Festival Fair

The Southern California Diamond Bar Chinese Association celebrated the Year of the Snake by partnering with Diamond Bar High School to host the 35th Annual Spring Festival Fair. The event not only attracted thousands of attendees but also once again fostered community spirit among the residents and students.

The "Diamond Bar Chinese Association," in collaboration with the "Diamond Bar Chinese School" and "Diamond Bar High School," jointly organized the "35th Annual Spring Festival Fair." The event drew multiple educational institutions, overseas Chinese organizations, local businesses, and a large crowd, all flocking to Diamond Bar High School to experience traditional food stalls, dragon and lion dances, song and dance performances, and cultural displays. Diamond Bar Chinese Association President, Ku Shao-lun, expressed gratitude for the support from all quarters.

During the event, the "Diamond Bar Chinese Association" announced a donation of $10,000 to support Diamond Bar High School and improve its teaching facilities.

The event also received strong support from political and overseas Chinese communities. Attendees included representatives of California Senator Bob Archuleta, California Assemblymember Lisa Calderon, Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda Solis, Diamond Bar Mayor Jimmy Lin, Diamond Bar City Council Members Minja Liu and Hsiang Lin Liu, Walnut City Council Member Lin Wu, Walnut-Diamond Bar School Board Member Yvonne Tong, Walnut Valley Water District Director Minnie Li, former Walnut Mayor Sue Wang, and Executive Director of the China-America Innovation Center, Kang Xi Wang, among other distinguished guests.

The entire Spring Festival Fair not only promoted and preserved Chinese culture but also symbolized community unity, deepened cultural exchanges among diverse ethnic groups, and strengthened the cohesion of the Asian community. Everyone worked together to transform the Lunar New Year into a truly multicultural festival for all residents.
