At the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles’ 46th Anniversary Gala and 2026 Presidential Inauguration Dinner, the most anticipated moment was the announcement of the very first Golden Summit Enterprise Award. Among the honorees, Mr. Shao‑Lun Ku received the inaugural award for his exceptional contributions to industry development and community service.

The celebration, held on the evening of January 17 at the Westin Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, drew more than 700 attendees, including government officials and leaders from the Taiwanese American community and business sectors. Debuting this year, the Golden Summit Enterprise Award aims to recognize entrepreneurs who demonstrate outstanding achievements in their professional fields and community impact. Mr. Ku’s recognition not only affirms his years of dedication but also highlights his influential role within the Taiwanese American community.

The award was personally presented by outgoing president Linda Chen, and the room erupted in enthusiastic applause.
